HVAC Revenue OS is built to work behind your existing Housecall Pro account. When a qualified caller chooses a time, the appointment is created in Housecall Pro and confirmed back to the customer only after Housecall Pro accepts it.

API access depends on your Housecall Pro plan. During onboarding we verify eligibility before promising the integration, and nothing is marked booked unless Housecall Pro confirms it.

Status: adapter in development. Today the platform runs on a full simulated FSM for pilots and demonstrations; live Housecall Pro sync is enabled per contractor once credentials are authorized.
